Dak Prescott Sets Cowboys TD Pass Record

Dallas Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott became the franchise's all-time leader in touchdown passes Sunday, hitting CeeDee Lamb for a 24-yard score that was the 249th of his career and pushed him past Tony Romo's mark of 248 in a 37-20 win over the Washington Commanders. Prescott finished 26 of 31 for 279 yards and four touchdowns. It was the fifth four-touchdown game of his career against Washington.

The record-breaker was an arching sideline throw Lamb ripped away from Mike Sainristil. Prescott already owned the Cowboys marks for passing yards, completions, attempts, passer rating, and completion percentage. He now stands alone in every major career passing category over Roger Staubach, Troy Aikman, and Romo.
