SMACKTOK ELIGIBILITY
Updated: April 21, 2025
Welcome to SmackTok Holdings, LLC (“SmackTok”), where skill-based fantasy sports contests bring fans together to test their knowledge and strategy. To join our community and play on SmackTok.com (“Site”) or our mobile app (“App”), you must meet specific eligibility requirements based on your age, location, and compliance with our rules. This page outlines who can play, where, and how, ensuring a fair and compliant experience for all.
Can I Play SmackTok Where I Live?
To create a SmackTok account, you must be at least 18 years old (or 21 in select jurisdictions, such as Arizona and Massachusetts). After creating an account, you must follow the rules of the jurisdiction where you are physically located when accessing the Site or App. SmackTok uses Paydala’s advanced geolocation technology to verify your location, ensuring compliance with local laws.
Our contests are available in the following jurisdictions, as outlined below:
SmackTok Pick’Em ContestsAvailable to residents 18+ in: California, District of Columbia, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Minnesota, Nebraska, New Mexico, North Carolina, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Wisconsin. How it works: Select 2–6 athletes from at least two different real-world teams, predict whether they’ll go over or under specific statistical projections (e.g., points, yards), and choose Flex Play (allows 1–2 incorrect picks, depending on roster size) or Prime Play (all picks must be correct). Submit your lineup for a chance at exciting payouts, fixed and disclosed before entry.
SmackTok is not available outside these jurisdictions or on federally designated tribal lands, even within eligible states. If you reside in an ineligible area, you cannot create an account. If you’re traveling to an ineligible jurisdiction, you’ll be unable to access the platform until you return to an eligible region.
Good news for those in ineligible areas: fantasy sports regulations evolve, and we’re working to expand our reach. Follow us on social media or join our mailing list at https://www.smacktok.com/updates for updates on new jurisdictions.

Do All Members Follow the Same Rules?
Generally, yes—members playing Pick’Em contests follow the same gameplay rules, ensuring a level playing field. However, there are a few exceptions to promote responsible gaming and fairness:
Age-Based Deposit LimitsTo encourage healthy gaming habits, especially for younger members, SmackTok applies mandatory monthly deposit limits for members aged 18–20, verified via Paydala’s KYC process:18 years old: $1,500 per month19 years old: $3,000 per month20 years old: $5,000 per monthLimits are based on the age provided in your government-issued ID at signup, reset each calendar month, and increase automatically on your birthday. These limits help ensure gaming remains fun and sustainable, backed by research showing that boundaries enhance enjoyment.

Promos cannot be shared or reused. Stay tuned to your inbox, https://www.smacktok.com/promos, or our social media for new opportunities!
