Devin Booker scored 30 points with eight assists, and the Phoenix Suns snapped a four-game losing streak with a 117-104 win over the Orlando Magic on Thursday at Mortgage Matchup Center. Booker went 11 of 22 from the field and 4 of 8 from three as Phoenix forced 25 turnovers and turned them into 36 points.

Dillon Brooks added 24 points, and Miles Bridges posted 18 points with a season-high 13 rebounds. The Magic dropped their third straight in a messy road loss that never got clean once Phoenix started living off the steals.

Booker Sets the Tone

Booker hit a three just before the halftime buzzer for a 63-51 lead, and he kept feeding the attack after the break. Midway through the third he and Brooks hit back-to-back threes that stretched the cushion and forced Orlando into another scramble. Both Booker and Brooks finished with four makes from deep.

Phoenix shot 17 of 34 from three (50 percent) and never let Orlando settle. The Suns' pressure on the ball was the whole night in miniature: steal, kick, open look.

Magic Give It Away

Twenty-five turnovers will bury almost anyone on the road. Orlando could not string enough clean possessions together to climb back once the deficit hit double digits, and Phoenix kept converting those giveaways into easy points. Bridges' season-high 13 boards gave the Suns a second chance engine on nights when the shot is not falling, but on Thursday the shot was falling too.

The Magic arrived looking for a bounce-back and left with another short night on the wrong side of the ledger. Phoenix needed a home reset after four straight losses, and this was the cleanest version of that response.

Streak Snapped, Home Floor Breathing Again

A four-game skid in November is the kind of slide that starts whispering about bigger problems. Booker's 30 and eight, Brooks' 24, and a 50-percent night from deep quieted that talk for one evening. Mortgage Matchup Center got the win it wanted.

Orlando will look to clean up the ball security next time out. Phoenix just needed one night where Booker, Brooks, and Bridges all hit their spots at the same time, and Thursday delivered exactly that.

Smacktok pick lean: Lean higher on Booker's assists. Eight dimes on a night he also scored 30 shows the full-court version of Book that fuels Phoenix when the Suns are actually sharing it.

Twenty-five Magic turnovers, 36 points the other way, and a skid finally over. That is a Suns night worth remembering.
