Jordan Love Throws for 367 as Packers Rout Bears 31-7
By Smacktok

Jordan Love found Christian Watson behind the Bears defense twice, and Green Bay never looked back. Love went 25 of 31 for 367 yards and two touchdowns, Watson caught scores of 42 and 53 yards, and the Packers forced five turnovers in a 31-7 rout of Chicago at Lambeau Field, per the AP.
This one carried some weight. The Packers had blown double-digit fourth-quarter leads in their last two losses to the Bears, including the 31-27 wild-card loss where a 21-3 halftime lead slipped away, per the AP. Green Bay is now 3-2 and over .500 for the first time this season. Chicago drops to 3-2.
Jordan Love and Watson go deep
Love's 367 yards were the most ever by a Packers quarterback against the Bears at Lambeau, per the AP, and he finished with a 137.5 passer rating, per Packers.com. He hit five passes of 40 yards or more. Kevin Fishbain of The Athletic noted Chicago had not allowed that many in a game since at least 2000, per Pro Football Talk.
Watson's first touchdown came off play-action to cap a 91-yard opening drive. His second came on third-and-22 in the third quarter, a 53-yard grab where he reached over the helmet of safety Dillon Thieneman to make it 20-7. He finished with six catches for 143 yards. Matthew Golden added a career-high 123 yards on six catches, and Tucker Kraft chipped in five for 64, per Packers.com.
"We kept our foot on the gas," Love said, per the AP. Anyone who stacked Love and Watson in fantasy had a very good afternoon.
The defense takes it away five times
Xavier McKinney picked off Tyson Bagent twice, and Chicago turned it over on four straight second-half possessions, per the AP. Bagent started again with Caleb Williams missing a third straight game with a hamstring injury, and Case Keenum came on in the fourth. MarShawn Lloyd punched in two short rushing touchdowns, the first two of his career and the Packers' first rushing scores of the season, per Packers.com.
Bears coach Ben Johnson said Williams is "on track" and close to a return, per the AP. The sour notes for Green Bay: rookie kicker Trey Smack missed from 43 and 47 yards plus an extra point, and Matt LaFleur said Javon Hargrave is believed to have an Achilles injury.
For one Sunday, the Packers flipped the script on the team that had their number. Lambeau got its revenge game, and the race behind the unbeaten Vikings in the NFC North just got a lot more interesting.
