Jordan Whittington Doubtful for Rams on MNF
By Smacktok
•
Los Angeles Rams wide receiver Jordan Whittington is doubtful with a quadriceps injury for Monday Night Football against the New York Giants at SoFi Stadium, per the club's final injury report, after he did not practice Saturday. Whittington was a late addition Friday and sat the final walk-through. Kamren Kinchens is already ruled out with a hamstring. Soft fantasy note only: treat doubtful as likely inactive until the list drops about 90 minutes before kickoff.
If Whittington sits and Puka Nacua's hip remains a game-time call, Davante Adams becomes the clear WR1 with Konata Mumpfield, Xavier Smith, CJ Daniels, and Tutu Atwell next. The Rams are already without Myles Garrett on injured reserve. Monday's inactive sheet settles the receiver room for real.
Giants at Rams. SoFi Stadium. 8:15p ET. Whittington stays doubtful on the board heading into warmups.
SoFi Monday Night board
Whittington doubtful. Depth chart tight behind Adams.
Inactive list decides it. SoFi waits.
