At SmackTok Holdings, LLC (“SmackTok,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), we are dedicated to creating a welcoming, skill-driven, and inclusive community for fantasy sports enthusiasts. Our platform, accessible via SmackTok.com (“Site”) and our mobile application on iOS and Android (“App”), offers skill-based fantasy sports contests that celebrate strategy, knowledge, and fair play. Participation in our community is a privilege earned through adherence to our shared values. By joining SmackTok and engaging in our contests, you agree to uphold this Community Code of Conduct (“Code”) to ensure a positive and respectful environment for all.

SmackTok is built on the principles of skill, integrity, and camaraderie. We expect all members to:

• Engage with respect, fostering a supportive and fun atmosphere.

• Compete fairly, relying on knowledge and strategy in our open draft Flex and Prime contests.

• Protect the community by reporting misconduct and promoting responsible play.

• Embrace inclusivity, welcoming diverse perspectives and backgrounds.

As a member, you represent SmackTok’s mission to redefine fantasy sports through skill and community spirit. Your actions shape our platform’s culture.

Member Commitments

By participating in SmackTok’s Services, you pledge to:

• Maintain Respectful Interactions: I will communicate with kindness and professionalism in all interactions within the SmackTok community, including on the App, Site, Discord server, or social media. I will avoid disrespectful, harassing, or derogatory language or behavior toward other members, SmackTok staff, or third parties.

• Use Official Communication Channels: I will direct all inquiries and feedback to SmackTok through official channels, such as support@smacktok.com or the in-App customer support chat, and will not contact SmackTok staff via personal email, social media, or other private means.

• Prevent Unauthorized Participation: I will not facilitate or tolerate participation by minors (under 18) or individuals from jurisdictions where SmackTok contests are prohibited. If I observe such activity, I will report it immediately to SmackTok support.

• Uphold Fair Play: I will compete solely based on my skill and knowledge, never using non-public information, attempting to influence athletes, officials, or events, or engaging in collusion to gain an unfair advantage in SmackTok contests.

• Respect Sports Participants: I will not direct threatening, abusive, or harmful behavior or language toward athletes, coaches, or officials involved in real-world events, whether on SmackTok’s platform, social media, or elsewhere in connection with our contests.

• Play Responsibly: I will use SmackTok’s responsible gaming tools, such as deposit limits, entry limits, time-outs, or account alerts, to manage my participation. If I struggle to play responsibly, I will utilize SmackTok’s self-exclusion program to pause or cease my activity.

• Support Community Well-Being: I will report any observed irresponsible or harmful behavior by other members, such as excessive play or rule violations, to SmackTok to protect our community’s integrity.

• Promote a Positive Image: I will refrain from publicly disparaging SmackTok, its members, or its contests in online forums, social media, or other public spaces, and will address concerns privately through official channels.

• Champion SmackTok’s Mission: I will act in the best interests of the SmackTok community, supporting its goal to provide a skill-based, transparent, and enjoyable fantasy sports experience.

Enforcement

SmackTok reserves the right to investigate suspected violations of this Code. Violations may result in:

• Warnings or temporary suspension of your account.

• Permanent account termination and forfeiture of winnings.

• Reporting to relevant authorities if illegal activity is suspected.

We may monitor interactions on the Site, App, and Discord server to ensure compliance. Decisions regarding enforcement are at SmackTok’s sole discretion, consistent with our Terms of Service.

Updates to the Code

Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the updated Code.
