10.1 Licensing / Registration States
In Illinois and Indiana, SmackTok may offer these Bonus Engines only while it holds the license or registration required by that state's regulator, and each Bonus Engine offered there is additionally subject to that regulator's consumer-protection, advertising, and responsible-gaming rules. If SmackTok's authorization in a state lapses, the affected Bonus Engines are suspended in that state.
10.2 Pick’em / Multi-Leg Restrictions (Insurance & Free Leg)
The Insurance and Free Leg engines rely on multi-leg / “pick’em”-style contests. In Utah (HB 243), Oregon, Texas, and California, such contests face specific legal restrictions or unsettled legal status. SmackTok will not offer Insurance or Free Leg in any such state unless and until counsel confirms it is permissible there, and reserves the right to disable those engines in any state at any time. Contests involving college or amateur athletes may be further restricted in one or more Eligible States.
10.3 Minimum Age by State
The minimum age is 18 in every Eligible State except Nebraska, where it is 19. SmackTok gates participation, banner display, and all Bonus Engine offers to the applicable minimum age in each state.
