At SmackTok Holdings, LLC (“SmackTok”), we make withdrawing your winnings from our skill-based fantasy sports contests straightforward and secure. Withdrawals are processed through our trusted partner, Plaid, ensuring compliance with Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) requirements. This page explains how to request a withdrawal, why a request might fail, and tax considerations.

How Do I Withdraw Funds?

You can request a withdrawal to an approved bank account (via ACH) or credit card previously used to deposit funds into your SmackTok account. For PayPal withdrawals, please contact our Support team at support@smacktok.com or through the in-App customer support chat.

To request a withdrawal:

• In the App: Navigate to the menu in the top left corner and select “Request Withdrawal.”

Upon submitting your request, you’ll receive a One-Time Password (OTP) via email for verification. No further action is required unless prompted. We’ll notify you by email to confirm whether the withdrawal was successful or if additional information is needed. Withdrawals are processed securely by Soap, typically within 1 to 3 business days, subject to verification. Next Day withdrawals will be eligible for customers once their initial deposit has settled, which can take 2 to 3 Business days.

How much can I Withdrawal?

Players can withdrawal up to $10,000 per day.

Why Did My Withdrawal Request Fail?

Several factors may cause a withdrawal request to fail:

• Playthrough Requirement: SmackTok requires a 1X playthrough, meaning you must play through all deposited funds once before withdrawing. For example, if you deposit $50, you must submit and complete $50 in contest entries using Credit Funds (not Promo Funds) to meet this requirement.

• Inaccurate Payment Information: Incorrect bank account or credit card details will result in a failed withdrawal. If this occurs, funds will return to your Credit Funds balance, allowing you to submit a new request with corrected details.

• Unapproved Payment Method: Withdrawals are only permitted to ACH bank accounts or credit cards previously used for deposits. Currently, PayPal withdrawals require Support assistance.

• Minimum Withdrawal Amount: The minimum withdrawal is $10. Requests below this amount will be rejected.

• Verification Issues: Plaid's KYC/AML checks may require additional documentation. If verification fails, you’ll be notified to provide the necessary information.

Do I Have to Pay Taxes on My Withdrawals?

If your net winnings (total winnings minus entry fees) exceed $600 in a calendar year, you may be required to report them for tax purposes. SmackTok will provide necessary tax documentation, such as a Form 1099-MISC, to comply with IRS regulations. For detailed tax guidance, consult a tax professional or refer to the IRS website.
