SmackTok Madness Referral Contest – Official Terms & Conditions

1. Overview

The SmackTok Madness Referral Contest (the “Contest”) is a promotional campaign where eligible users can earn bonus funds and a Grand Prize by referring new users to the SmackTok platform.

2. Contest Period

Start: March 26 at 12:00 AM ET
End: April 6 at 12:00 PM ET

Only referrals completed during this period will be counted.

3. Eligibility

Must be 18 years or older (or legal age in your jurisdiction)
Must have a registered SmackTok account
Void where prohibited by law
SmackTok reserves the right to restrict participation by region
SmackTok reserves the right to cancel or discountinue a user participation at anytime

4. How to Enter

Participants receive a unique referral link
Referrals:
- Are new users who have never been registered on the platform
- Register through the referral link and make a first time deposit of $20 minimum
- Eligible for new user promotional bonus match
- Meet platform qualification requirements (if applicable, including account verification or contest entry)

5. Prizes

Grand Prize (Top Referrer):

$250 in Bonus Funds

QUALIFICATIONS:

Friends sign up through your referral link
Must have minimum of 20 referrals to qualify for Top prize
Maximum 1,000 referrals per user.
Every user who reaches 1,000 referrals automatically wins the top prize.
Each qualified referral with first time deposit = $20 in bonus funds
Maximum $20,000 in referrals bonus

6. Winner Determination

The participant with the highest number of qualified referrals wins
In case of a tie, the value of the Top prize will be split

7. Bonus Funds Terms

Bonus funds are non-withdrawable, must be played through 1x
Must be used within the SmackTok platform
Subject to additional gameplay, wagering, or expiration requirements

8. Fraud, Abuse, and Disqualification

SmackTok reserves the right to:

Disqualify users for fraudulent behavior, including:
- Fake accounts
- Self-referrals
- Automated or incentivized traffic
Void suspicious or invalid referrals
Withhold rewards pending investigation
SmackTok reserves the right to restrict participation by region
SmackTok reserves the right to cancel or discountinue a user participation at anytime

9. Prize Fulfillment

Grand prize Bonus funds will be credited within a reasonable timeframe after Contest completion
Physical prize will be shipped within 30 days of winner verification

10. Compliance & Regulatory Notice

This Contest is a promotional campaign and does not constitute gambling in restricted jurisdictions
Participation in SmackTok contests may be subject to applicable daily fantasy sports (DFS) laws and regulations depending on the user’s location
