Refer A Friend - Terms & Conditions
Promotion Details:
Eligible SmackTok users may receive a $50 reward for referring a new user to SmackTok, subject to the terms and conditions below.
Eligibility:
The Referrer must have an active SmackTok account in good standing and be eligible to participate in the SmackTok Refer a Friend program. The Referred Friend must be a new SmackTok user who has not previously registered for a SmackTok account.
How It Works:
The Referrer must share their unique referral link or referral code with the Referred Friend.
The Referred Friend must register for a new SmackTok account using the Referrer’s unique referral link or code.
The Referred Friend must complete all applicable account verification requirements and make a minimum qualifying deposit of $10.
Once all qualifying requirements have been satisfied and verified, the Referrer will receive a $50 reward, subject to any applicable promotional requirements and restrictions.
Important Conditions:
The referral must be properly attributed to the Referrer through the unique referral link or referral code.
A user may not refer themselves or create, operate, or use multiple accounts for the purpose of receiving referral rewards.
SmackTok reserves the right to withhold or reverse rewards associated with fraudulent, abusive, duplicate, or otherwise ineligible activity.
Referral rewards are limited to one reward per qualifying Referred Friend unless otherwise stated in the applicable promotion.
SmackTok may limit, modify, suspend, or terminate the Refer a Friend program at any time.
SmackTok reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, whether a referral qualifies for the promotion.
Additional eligibility, geographic, account, deposit, and promotional restrictions may apply.
This promotion is void where prohibited by law.
Promotional Abuse:
Any attempt to manipulate, abuse, or circumvent the referral program, including creating duplicate accounts, self-referrals, using false information, or engaging in activity intended primarily to obtain promotional rewards, may result in disqualification and/or forfeiture of promotional rewards.
